SMD is an Independent Political Youth Organization working for democracy, human rights respect in Cambodia
and protecting territorial integrity.
SMD was found in September 1998 by students, monks and
people who love democracy during a mass demonstration
(more than ten thousand people) against national election
result declared by NEC 1998.
