I think liberal liberalism is a wider concept. u couldn’t define it exactly bt could explain it in different ways.
as per my thoughts liberalism is an atmosphere where every individual has complete freedom to say and act whatever he/she wishes to perform but it also bound us in our social and ethical norms according to our social and cultural setups.
it also allows us innovations and improvements but in positive manner.
